Iran praises Turkiye’s constructive stance on regional issues

Türkiye has always held very strong positions, and its views on Iran have always been very constructive.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi in an interview with CNN Türk, in response to a question about Ankara’s mediation between Washington and Tehran.

“Honestly, Turkiye’s views on this matter are very important to us. In particular, during the 12-day war between Iran and Israel, we saw Turkey’s constructive approach. President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has also said that we can benefit the region by using diplomacy.

Turkiye is working to find solutions in the region, and we view these efforts positively. We hope this will be successful. We are also holding talks with other regional countries on this matter,” the minister said.
