Ukraine open to any format talks with Russia, US

The Ukrainian government is open to meetings in any format with representatives of Russia and the United States as part of negotiations aimed at ending the war.

Axar.az reports that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said this in a statement.

Zelensky noted that painful territorial issues cannot be resolved without a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“We must establish contact with the Russian leader in one format or another. Without such a format, our representatives will not be able to reach an agreement on territorial issues,” he said.
