At least two Iraqi Hashid Shaabi fighters have been killed and three others seriously wounded in air strikes in Jurf al-Sakhar, south of Baghdad, a spokesperson for the Popular Mobilisation Forces (PMF) told Reuters.

Axar.az infroms search operations are ongoing for possible casualties, he added.

The Jurf al-Sakher base in southern Iraq belongs to Hashed al-Shaabi or the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) but mostly hosts the powerful pro-Iran group Kataib Hezbollah.
