AZAL flights return to Baku as Iran closes airspace

Azerbaijan Airlines flights J2-011 (Baku–Dubai) and J2-1091 (Baku–Jeddah) returned to Baku due to the closure of Iranian airspace.

Axar.az reports the information was provided by Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC (AZAL).

The Baku–Dubai flight landed safely at Heydar Aliyev International Airport at 10:47, while the Baku–Jeddah flight is expected to arrive shortly.

AZAL is closely monitoring the situation in the Middle East and taking all necessary measures to ensure flight safety. Passengers will be promptly updated on any schedule changes.
