Near-total internet blackout in effect in Iran

Iran is experiencing a near-total internet blackout, according to online freedom watchdog Netblocks.

Axar.az informs “Network data show Iran is now in the midst of a near-total internet blackout with national connectivity at 4% or ordinary levels.” Netblocks wrote in a post on its Telegram channel.

Israel launched what it called a “preemptive strike” against Iran Saturday morning.
