Pakistan mediating indirect talks between US and Iran

Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar said that indirect talks between the United States and Iran are underway, with messages being conveyed through Pakistan.

Axar.az informs that he noted that Washington has presented a 15-point proposal currently under consideration by Tehran, dismissing media speculation surrounding the peace process in the Middle East.

"Brotherly countries of Turkiye and Egypt, among others, are also extending their support to this initiative," Dar wrote on X.

"Pakistan remains fully committed to promoting peace and continues to make every effort to ensure stability in the region and beyond. Dialogue and Diplomacy is the only way forward!" he added.
