Israel continue to strike Hezbollah ‘wherever necessary’

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Israel would keep hitting Iran-backed Hezbollah “wherever necessary".

Axar.az informs that “We are continuing to strike Hezbollah with force, precision, and determination,” Netanyahu said on X.

“Our message is clear: anyone who acts against Israeli civilians -- we will strike them. We will continue to hit Hezbollah wherever necessary, until we fully restore security to the residents of the north” of Israel, he added.

Lebanon's Hezbollah group said in a statement on Thursday that it fired rockets at northern Israel in response to Israel's "ceasefire violations."

"This response will continue until the Israeli-American aggression against our country and our people ceases," the group said in a statement.
