Technical talks on Islamabad MoU to begin in Switzerland

Technical-level talks under the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will take place in Burgenstock, Switzerland, on June 21, 2026.

Axar.az reports, citing Pakistani MFA, representatives from the United States and Iran, along with mediators from Pakistan and Qatar, will participate in the discussions aimed at advancing the understandings reached under the MoU.

It should be recalled that the signing of a U.S.-Iran agreement had been expected to take place in Switzerland on June 19, but the date of the negotiations was later changed.
