Russian President Vladimir Putin won't go to the World Humanitarian Summit in Istanbul, Turkey, to be held May 23-24, because he is very busy with other things, TASS news agency reported on May 20.

"Unfortunately, the working schedule of the president simply doesn't envisage that trip," Dmitry Peskov, Putin's press secretary, said.

Russia will be represented at the Summit at a different level, added Peskov.
