NATO chief congratulates US President-elect Biden

In a phone call, the chief of NATO on Monday congratulated US President-elect Joe Biden and also discussed with him the transatlantic alliance and collective security.

Axar.az reports that this was reported by foreign media.

“NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg spoke with Joe Biden on Monday (23 November 2020) to congratulate him on his election as the next President of the United States and Kamala Harris as the next Vice-President,” said a NATO statement.

The pair discussed “the importance of our transatlantic Alliance as the cornerstone of our collective security.”
