The hot weather conditions observed in the country are expected to continue until July 17.
Axar.az reports that this was stated in the information released by the National Hydrometeorological Service.
It was reported that in the next two days, the maximum air temperature in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula will rise to 35-38 °C, and in some places to 40°C. In the lowland regions and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the temperature will also reach 36°C. In the mountainous areas, the temperature will vary between 28-33°C.
It should be noted that on July 17 and 18, the air temperature is expected to drop by 2 degrees. On July 19, the temperature is predicted to rise again.
