Who stopped the Kyiv-Moscow talks? - Kosachev

The start of US military aid to Ukraine has led Kyiv to suspend talks with Moscow. Since then, Kyiv has avoided talks.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Vice Speaker of the Russian Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev.

"In fact, it was the start of American military aid to Ukraine that stopped the talks. "Since then, Kyiv has refused to negotiate," he said.
