Moscow is disappointed that its warnings about the inadmissibility of Western military presence in Ukraine are not being understood.

Axar.az informs this was by Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov.

"Indeed, we are quite disappointed that the absolutely clear and consistent signals being sent from Moscow on this matter are not being taken into account and are not being understood," Peskov said, commenting on French President Emmanuel Macron’s remarks about the "Coalition of the Willing" being ready to be present in Ukraine immediately after a ceasefire.
