Axar.az reports that this was said by Turkish National Defense Minister Yashar Guler.

"With this awareness, we have taken and continue to take great steps in the naval defense industry to make the glorious Turkish Navy more modern, more effective, and stronger. The steps taken towards the mass production of domestic and underwater torpedo AKYA, national cruise missile "Atmaca" and high-impact "Sapan" missiles are of great importance. These products will make great contributions to our fleet both in our internal waters and in operations in international waters," Guler emphasized.
