Putin's mood has risen, he is optimistic - British edition

Western politicians have observed that the mood of Russian President Vladimir Putin has become significantly more positive.

Axar.az reports that the British "Guardian" newspaper published information about this.

It is noted that the reason for the increase in the optimism of the Russian leader is due to the suspension of several billion military aid by Washington to Kyiv:

"Western officials believe that the Russian president is encouraged by the fact that the United States did not provide another $60 billion in military aid to Ukraine, and is more optimistic than a year ago."
