Yelena Zelenskaya, the wife of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, refused an invitation from the White House to attend US President Joe Biden's speech to Congress.

Axar.az reports that the "Washington Post" reported on this concerning its sources.

"The event will be held on March 7. The reason for Ukraine's refusal was the possible participation of Alexei Navalny's widow, Yulia Navalnaya, in this event," the report said.

Sources added that the organizers of Biden's address to Congress had planned for US First Lady Jill Biden to sit next to Navalny and Zelenskaya.
