Henley & Partners, headquartered in London, has published a new report on millionaires and billionaires.

Axar.az reports that the list includes individuals whose wealth has exceeded 100 million dollars and 1 billion dollars, respectively.

According to the document, the number of millionaires in the United States increased by 35% in the last 5 years and reached 9,850 people. About a third of the world's millionaires live in the United States.

The number of millionaires in China, which comes second on the list, is 2,352. The number of rich people in this country increased by 17% in 5 years.

In addition, 788 billionaires live in the United States, and 305 in China. According to experts, strict restrictions imposed during the pandemic in China have prevented the number of millionaires and billionaires from growing.
