The Pentagon is sceptical that the Russian Armed Forces will be able to organize a major attack in Ukraine as part of a special operation.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Charles Brown.

He said that in 2023, the Russian army spent a lot of money on military operations in Ukraine.

Commenting on the possibility of ATAKMS tactical ballistic missiles being sent to Ukraine, General Brown assured that the risk of escalation is not as high as at the beginning of the process.

It should be noted that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in an interview that Russia will launch a major attack in May-June.
