The Pope appealed to Israel and Iran

Pope Francis called on Iran and Israel to refrain from violence.

Axar.az reports that the Pope made his call during the traditional Sunday sermon in the Vatican.

"No one should threaten the existence of others. However, all countries should be on the side of peace and help Israelis and Palestinians live side by side in two states and in safe conditions," the Pope said.
