Moscow has openly declared that if NATO forces are brought to Ukraine, an armed conflict with Russia will arise.

Axar.az informs that this opinion was expressed by the British expert Alexander Mercouris.

According to him, the Russian authorities are starting exercises that include tactical nuclear weapons and are preparing for the possible deployment of Western armies to the territory of Ukraine:

"This is a response to the Western politicians who called on the Ukrainian army to attack Russian territory with NATO weapons, as well as to send their troops to Ukraine."
