The Armenian Prosecutor General's Office is demanding the confiscation of former Defense Minister Vigen Sargsyan's properties in Yerevan and the United States.

Axar.az reports that this information was announced by the Armenian Prosecutor General's Office.

According to the information, they intend to seize the immovable property of Sarkisyan and the person associated with him (L.Q.) in Yerevan or its market value (181 million drams), as well as the residential area in the state of Massachusetts in the United States or the amount paid for it (2.05 million dollars or 941 million drams). In addition, the seizure of funds in the amounts of 255.5 million drams and 172.5 million drams is also demanded.

It should be noted that on May 15, the Anti-Corruption Court accepted the Prosecutor General's Office's next allegation regarding the illegal seizure of property."
