China has shown that it is ready - Sullivan

Over the past few months, China has shown a greater willingness to engage with the United States on proliferation and arms control issues. This is the beginning of a dialogue.

Axar.az reports that this was said by Jake Sullivan, US President's national security assistant.

"This is not like the intensive arms control negotiations we had with the USSR or Russia at the height of the Cold War, but it is the beginning of a dialogue and we will continue it," Sullivan said.
