Sunak will announce new aid to Ukraine

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak will announce the allocation of 242 million pounds (about 310 million dollars) for Ukraine's urgent needs at the G7 summit to be held in Italy.

Axar.az reports that the Prime Minister's office has released information about this.

"At the summit, the Prime Minister will announce up to £242 million in funding to Ukraine to support urgent humanitarian, energy and stabilization needs, as well as to lay the foundations for long-term economic and social recovery and reconstruction," the statement said.
