Yerevan asked France to send troops

Yerevan appealed to France with a proposal to send military personnel.

Axar.az reports that the "Armenia Observer" Telegram channel broadcasted information about this.

According to information, the Ministry of Defense of Armenia through the French Embassy in Yerevan appealed to the French government with an official proposal to prepare a limited contingent of troops to be deployed on the territory of Armenia in order to "transfer experience and organize technical service for weapons supplied by France."

The location of the French military base on the territory of Armenia has not yet been determined.
