A conference on Ukraine in Switzerland will not achieve peace because Russia is not there.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Hungary, Peter Sijarto.

"We have always appreciated Switzerland's efforts to achieve peace, and we still do. To be honest, the peace conference can achieve its goal only when both warring parties sit at the table," Sijarto said.
