The opposition's march against Pashinyan did not take place

The meeting of the National Assembly of Armenia initiated by the parliamentary opposition did not take place.

Axar.az reports that the deputies of the ruling "Civil Agreement" faction did not provide the required quorum.

A total of 34 MPs have registered to participate in the meeting, but a minimum of 54 MPs is required for it to take place.

"34 MPs are registered, there is no quorum," said Alen Simonyan, speaker of the parliament (member of the ruling party - ed.).

It should be noted that the Pashinyan faction has 71 mandates in the Armenian Parliament, which has 107 deputies.

The "Hayastan" and "Sharafim Var" blocs of the opposition took the initiative to hold a meeting to discuss the appeal project "On the resignation of the government and the need to form a new parliament" last week.
