Putin can use nuclear in this case - Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin may order the use of tactical nuclear weapons if the Russian military is defeated in Ukraine.

Axar.az reports that Alexander Litvinenko, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, said this in an interview with "Times" newspaper.

"If Russia is on the verge of a catastrophic defeat, we cannot exclude anything," he said.

According to him, such a defeat could lead to the disintegration of the Russian fronts, desertion and protests in Moscow.
