The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkiye welcomed Armenia's decision to recognize Palestine as a state.

Axar.az reports that this was stated in the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkiye.

"After Spain, Ireland, Norway and Slovenia, we are pleased with Armenia's decision to recognize the Palestinian state. As we have always emphasized, the recognition of Palestine is a requirement of international law, justice and conscience," the statement emphasized.
