Iravan believes that the time has come to establish diplomatic relations with Ankara, to open a joint border for citizens of third countries and persons with diplomatic passports.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan.

"Armenia is ready to fully regulate relations with Turkiye, establish diplomatic relations and open borders. We have agreements on the gradual regulation of relations with Turkiye, opening of borders for citizens of third countries, as well as those with diplomatic passports. The time has come to implement them on the ground," he said.
