If the person who wants to be the president slanders in front of everyone as if he were drinking water, what trouble will he bring to the people tomorrow?
Axar.az reports that these words were said by the Azerbaijani candidate Masoud Pezeshkian in the last debate with his opponent in the presidential elections held in Iran.
"I am one of the people. 60 percent of the people do not accept any of us. If the thinking of people like Jalili prevails, 40 percent of activity will drop to 20 percent."
It should be noted that in the first round of the presidential elections held on June 28, Masoud Pezeshkian was ahead of all his rivals, and Said Jalili came in second. Since none of the candidates received 50% of votes in the first round, where voter turnout was 40 percent, the second round will be held on June 5.
