I want to congratulate Volodymyr Putin on achieving another great deal.

Axar.az reports that Donald Trump, the candidate for the presidency of the United States, said these words while talking about the exchange of prisoners between Russia and the United States that took place in Ankara.

Trump said that this agreement is terrible for Washington:

"We've got our people back, but we're making terrible, very terrible deals."

It should be noted that as a result of the exchange carried out at the Ankara airport on August 1, an exchange of prisoners took place between Russia and the United States.
