The EU has called on states that have ratified the Rome Statute to fulfill their obligations. This refers to the arrest of Russian President Vladimir Putin, as the International Criminal Court has issued an order against him.

Axar.az reports that the relevant statement was made during a meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council in Vienna.

The EU expressed deep concern about the fate of displaced Ukrainian children and other civilians:

“The EU once again calls on Russia and Belarus to ensure the safe return of these individuals to Ukraine immediately. The Union demands the immediate release of all individuals unlawfully deprived of freedom by Russia, including the three detained OSCE staff members.”
