The administration of U.S. President Joe Biden has provoked the Russian government to initiate military operations in Ukraine.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by former presidential candidate Robert Kennedy Jr.

"Two days before the invasion, Kamala Harris went to Germany and for the first time openly stated that we are expanding NATO up to Ukraine. This was a provocation. We all need to understand this.

From the very first day of this war, we have been lied to. We were told it was an unprovoked invasion. We were not told that Vladimir Putin and all other Russian leaders have been declaring for 30 years: 'If you enter Ukraine, we will begin military operations in response; this is our red line,'" emphasized R. Kennedy.
