Israel has territorial ambitions against Turkiye

Most Turkish citizens believe that Israel has territorial claims against their country.

Axar.az reports that this is noted in a report from the Areda Survey research company based on the results of a poll.

According to the information, 89% of the 1,100 participants responded 'Yes' to the question, 'Does Israel have ambitions regarding Turkish territory?' while 10.6% answered 'No.'

The poll was conducted following Israel's military operations against Lebanon.

A similar poll was conducted in December 2023, where 81.6% of respondents answered 'Yes' and 18.4% answered 'No' to the same question.
