Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has presented a victory plan to the Ukrainian Parliament. The plan includes military, economic, and political aspects to help achieve victory in the war.
Axar.az reports that according to Ukrainian media, Zelensky stated that the victory plan consists of five points and three confidential annexes:
The first four points pertain to the wartime period, while the last one relates to security measures to prevent a second invasion after the war ends.
1st Point – Geopolitics: It proposes sending an invitation to Ukraine to join NATO. The fact of Kyiv's invitation to NATO could genuinely lead to fundamental peace, as NATO membership is not just a matter of the present, but of the future.
2nd Point – Defense: The second point includes a precise list of weapons that can support our fighters' capabilities. The Kursk operation demonstrated that when our army applies pressure, Vladimir Putin does not have enough strength to hold his ground.
3rd Point – Deterrence: The third point includes a secret addendum provided to the leaders of the U.S. and some European countries. It proposes deploying a comprehensive non-nuclear strategic deterrent package sufficient to protect Ukraine from any military threat coming from Russia.
4th Point – Economy: This section includes a secret proposal shared only with specific partners. Ukraine is home to natural resources, including critical metals worth trillions of dollars. These include uranium, titanium, lithium, and graphite—strategic resources that could strengthen either Russia and its allies or Ukraine and the democratic world in global competition. This would complement and enhance the existing system of economic pressure against Russia, including all current sanctions, restrictions on oil prices, export limitations, and other pressure measures.
5th Point – Security: The fifth point, intended for the post-war period, proposes replacing a certain group of U.S. forces located in Europe with Ukrainian armed forces soldiers, contingent upon agreements with partners. This should be used to strengthen the entire Alliance's defense based on Ukraine's experience and to ensure the security of Europe.
