Axar.az reports that the press secretary of the Kremlin, Dmitry Peskov, said these words while refuting the information about secret talks between Moscow and Kyiv.

It should be noted that "Financial Times" wrote that Russia and Ukraine, with the mediation of Qatar, have started initial negotiations on stopping attacks on each other's energy infrastructure.
