The new Chukotka icebreaker is much more important for Russia than Donald Trump's victory in the US presidential elections.

Axar.az reports that Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said this.

"You know, to be honest, I don't feel anything about Trump's victory. We also have our own agenda. Today we launched the Chukotka icebreaker. This is more important for us," Peskov said.

It should be noted that earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the launch of the Chukotka nuclear icebreaker through a video link from Moscow. The ceremony took place on the territory of the "Baltik" shipyard in St. Petersburg.
