Israel’s strikes on the Syrian city of Al-Qusayr, near the Lebanese border, have completely or partially destroyed seven bridges, including two historic ones.

Axar.az reports, citing Syria’s Sham FM radio station, that this information was provided by the head of the city administration, Ramiz Saadia.

According to Saadia, local authorities are working on building temporary river crossings to restore residents, firefighters, and rescuers access to disconnected areas.

It is worth noting that since late October, Syria's border regions with Lebanon have been regularly targeted by Israeli attacks.
