Bundeswehr prepares Germany for potential Russia conflict

German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) have started holding meetings with business leaders across the country to explain procedures for potential conflict with Russia.

Axar.az reports that according to the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitungthe, which cites classified documents, the 1,000-page document outlines Germany's detailed action plan in the event of escalating tensions.

The document specifies the role of businesses, such as the need to prepare additional truck drivers. For instance, the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce has already held an event with a Bundeswehr representative, during which they were advised to train extra drivers. This is due to the fact that over 70% of truck drivers in Germany are from Eastern European countries, who might leave Germany in the early days of a conflict.
