Iran welcomes the ceasefire agreement between Lebanon (Hezbollah) and Israel, but at the same time, it will continue to provide full support to the people of Lebanon and the resistance forces in the country.

Axar.az reports that this was stated in a message shared on the Telegram channel of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

"Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman, Esmail Baghaei, welcomes the news of the end of the Zionist regime’s (Israel's) aggression against Lebanon, but emphasizes the Islamic Republic's unwavering stance on supporting the government, people, and resistance of Lebanon," the statement said.
