France’s military forces have completely withdrawn from Chad.

Axar.az reports that this was announced by Chad’s General Staff.

The statement noted that France has completely ended its military presence in the country by handing over its last military base, The Kossei camp, to the Chadian army.

It should be noted that Chad in late November abruptly ended military cooperation with its former colonial ruler, and French troops began leaving the country in late December.
