Such provisions are not discussed in the peace treaty.

Axar.az reports that these words were made by the Vice Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Ruben Rubinyan while commenting on the information that one of the two didn't agree on articles of the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace treaty concerning the Zangezur corridor, and the other concerns the Constitution.

“As Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan noted, the two points that have not yet been agreed upon are related to the deployment of third forces on the border, and the other is related to complaints about each other in international structures. Official Baku has also confirmed this,” he noted.
