Axar.az reports that in the city of Khankendi, in the Agdere and Khojaly districts, the relevant structure of the Restoration, Construction, and Management Service public legal entity has been involved in the process. Measures have been launched to ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles on the roads. Salt and sand are being spread on the roads. A large number of equipment and manpower have been involved in snow removal work on the streets, avenues, and sidewalks of the city.

Road cleaning work will be carried out during the days when the snowy weather will continue.

Despite the snowy and frosty weather, there are no problems with the city's drinking water, electricity, and gas supply.
