According to reports, Zelensky's approval rating is half that of his potential election rival, Zaluzhny (former Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and currently Ukraine's Ambassador to the UK).

Axar.az reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin made this statement.

According to him, Zelensky faces challenges because he will have to call elections as soon as martial law is lifted.

Putin believes Zelensky has no chance of winning the election:

"Zelensky avoids negotiations because they would lead to the lifting of martial law in Ukraine and the elections."
