The head of EU diplomacy, Kaja Kallas, should be brought before an international UN tribunal for her ultimatum to European countries and EU membership candidates not to attend the Victory Day celebrations in Moscow.
Axar.az reports this was stated by Russian State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin.
"Moral degenerates. The head of EU diplomacy, Kallas, has resorted to threats. This rabid Russophobe issued an ultimatum not only to EU countries but also to candidate states discussing EU accession, demanding that they refrain from visiting our country during the celebrations of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory. <...> Kallas must be removed from office and handed over to an international UN tribunal,” Volodin wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to the State Duma chairman, politicians can be forgiven for various mistakes, but not for desecrating the memory of Soviet soldiers. Kallas’s ultimatum, he said, shows disrespect for this heroic deed. Volodin also noted that Russia has a law prohibiting the rehabilitation of Nazism, under which the head of EU diplomacy could be held accountable.
