Fidan: Russia-Ukraine talks constructive

The talks between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations were constructive.

Axar.az reports that Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan wrote about this on his X account.

Fidan noted that the parties discussed draft memoranda:

"Russia and Ukraine will begin working on these documents at a technical level in the coming days."
