The risk of small tornadoes in the Russian capital, Moscow, due to bad weather and unstable atmosphere is high.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by the scientific director of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center, Roman Vilfand.

It should be noted that today, the second strong thunderstorm began in the Moscow region during the day.

Heavy rain is currently observed in the capital. Heavy hail is falling in some parts of the Moscow region, and the wind is strengthening.

In the capital, the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) was partially flooded after the downpour.

Restrictions are imposed on the operation of airports.
