The Iranian parliament is considering withdrawing from the nuclear non-proliferation treaty.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Iranian MP Ruhollah Izadhaq.

"We should at least withdraw from the nuclear non-proliferation treaty. We are currently considering this issue in parliament and even the possibility of withdrawing from the International Atomic Energy Agency," the MP said.
