Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei confirms the country’s nuclear facilities had been “badly damaged” in American strikes over the weekend.

Axar.az informs speaking to Al Jazeera Baghei said, “Yes, our nuclear installations have been badly damaged”.

“That’s for sure because [they have] come under repeated attacks,” he said.

“I have nothing to add on this issue because it’s a matter of technical issue,” he went on, noting that Iran’s Atomic Energy Organisation and other relevant agencies are addressing it.
