The arrests made in Armenia in recent days in connection with the attempted coup have caused serious conflicts.

Axar.az reports that the other day, this issue became a topic of discussion and a fight broke out in the Armenian parliament.

Following this, the speaker of the Armenian parliament, Alen Simonyan, made an interesting statement.

He found an analogue to the "Iron Fist", which is widely used as a political term in Azerbaijan. He replaced that word with "Iron Mandate".

"The joke is over; those who are preparing to sell independence will be hit with an iron mandate."
